These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the KÄN KRET website and any purchase made from us.

We sell apparel, including t-shirts.

  • Product images are illustrative
  • Colors, prints, and fit may vary slightly
  • Minor variations do not constitute defects

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.


4) ORDERS & CONTRACT FORMATION

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase.

A contract is formed only when your order is dispatched and you receive a shipping confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including:

  • suspected fraud or abuse
  • pricing or technical errors
  • stock or fulfillment issues
  • suspected resale or bulk purchasing activity

If payment has been processed, it will be refunded.


5) PRICES & TAXES

  • Prices are displayed at checkout in the applicable currency
  • We are not currently VAT registered. If VAT becomes applicable, prices will be adjusted accordingly.

For international orders:

  • customs duties, import taxes, or fees may apply
  • these are the responsibility of the customer


6) PAYMENT

Payments are processed via:

  • Maksekeskus

By placing an order, you confirm:

  • you are authorized to use the payment method
  • you authorize the full charge

We do not store full payment details.


7) SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.

Risk transfers upon delivery, in accordance with applicable law.


8) RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refunds Policy.

This includes:

  • EU 14-day withdrawal rights
  • strict return conditions


9) USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

  • provide accurate and complete information
  • use the Site lawfully
  • not engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior

You are responsible for:

  • ensuring the accuracy of your order details
  • maintaining the security of your account (if applicable)

This does not apply where liability cannot be excluded under law.


15) FORCE MAJEURE

16) FRAUD PREVENTION & ORDER SECURITY

We actively monitor transactions for fraud and abuse.

We reserve the right to:

  • suspend or cancel suspicious orders
  • refuse future orders
  • report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities

Orders flagged as high-risk may be:

  • delayed
  • canceled
  • refunded without fulfillment


17) SEVERABILITY

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.

Consumers may also have rights under the laws of their country of residence.
