Shipping Policy
1) ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed and prepared at our facility in Estonia.
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Orders are shipped after processing is complete
During high-demand periods, processing may take longer.
2) SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Estonia: 1–3 business days
- Europe: 3–14 business days
- North America (USA & Canada): 7–21 business days
Orders are dispatched from Estonia via Omniva or its delivery partners, depending on destination and available service routes.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery destination:
- Estonia: €2.99
- Europe: €7.99
- North America (USA & Canada): €14.99
These delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery times. Delays may occur due to carrier operations, customs processing, weather conditions, peak seasons, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, customs charges, or other governmental fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
3) MAXIMUM DELIVERY TIME & CUSTOMER RIGHTS
If your order has not been delivered within 30 days from dispatch, please contact us.
If we cannot deliver within a reasonable additional period, you may be entitled to:
- cancel your order
- receive a full refund, in accordance with applicable consumer law

5) TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Tracking availability depends on:

6) RISK & DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
⚖️ The risk of loss or damage remains with KAN KRET OÜ until the goods are delivered into your possession.
Delivered but not received
If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package:
You should:
- verify your shipping address
- check with neighbors or reception
- contact the carrier

We will investigate and provide a resolution in accordance with applicable law.
7) INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If:
- the order has not shipped → we may update the address
- the order has shipped → changes are not guaranteed
If a package is returned due to incorrect address:
- reshipping costs will be charged to the customer before following through with the reshipment.
8) LOST, RETURNED, OR UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS
If a shipment is:
- returned to sender
- unclaimed
- refused without valid reason
We reserve the right to:
- deduct original shipping costs from any refund
- require payment for reshipment
9) CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES
For orders shipped outside the EU:
- customs duties, VAT, and import taxes may apply
- these charges are not included unless stated at checkout
These charges are:
- set by local authorities
- the responsibility of the customer
Refusal of customs charges
If customs fees are refused:
- the shipment may be returned or destroyed
- original shipping costs will not be refunded
- additional costs may be deducted from any refund
10) DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

We cover all related costs in these cases
11) SHIPPING DELAYS
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
